Ugly Sonic is an old design of the new design of Sonic. People hated the design of Sonic in the first Sonic movie trailer. However, he was created by Paramount and SEGA (Well… Sega joined forces with a Fakegee that destroys YouTube by protecting copyright from being stolen).

Movie Sonic is a mix between Ugly Sonic and Sonic.EXE, as well as a member of the League of Sonic.EXEs. Movie Sonic was the first FAILED attempt to create a movie version of Sonic, with Ugly Sonic being the second iteration; however, unlike Ugly Sonic, Movie Sonic was cloned from a horrific transmogrification of Sonic.EXE and a vial of peroxidic compound. Movie Sonic is consistently sociopathic in behavior and would spend 10 years of his life mistakably committing mass-murder due to this.
